The WATCOM Business is the most popular package of services among our clients. A comparatively cheap package for managers of shopping real estate, it includes a number of services on attendance data procession and analysis.

Its Pluses:

• It is only this service package that provides maintenance of our people counting systems throughout all the period the Contract is valid (3-5 years).
• This service package is a typical variant of outsourcing. A Client purchases this package, and they have to think about people counters not more than once a week, when they receive detailed Reports.

What It Includes:

• Installation of people counting systems – projecting, setup, adjustment
• Data Management/Reports Delivery:
  • Daily checkup of the data obtained on their correctness and absence/presence of errors
  • If any errors emerge, we perform a remote checkup of your counting systems and correct all the errors
  • Restoring gaps in the data (if there have been any errors in the work of the systems)
  • Weekly formation and delivery of detailed reports – in a form previously agreed with you, to the e-mail contacts you specified

Extra Services:

• Maintenance of people counting systems installed as well as of their software – throughout the whole period the Contract is valid (3-5 years)
• Software updates
• Telephone hot line
• Participation in seminars and trainings

Conditions:

Signing a Contract on purchase and installation of the equipment, signing a Contract on Data Management/Reports Delivery (at least for 3 years). Services on Data Management/Reports Delivery are to be paid every three months.
